Registration for New Players

First time registrant? Welcome!

This page is for new-to-LMHA players to register. Please refer to the main Registration Page for details on fees and payments before proceeding.

As a new player, please confirm Leitrim is your home association by entering your current home address in the Hockey of Eastern Ontario home association look up tool.

Registration for LMHA is done online via TeamSnap. New players are encouraged to register by AUGUST 1 so that planning for the new season may begin. Please take care on the registration page to ensure that browser auto-fill does not overwrite the player's name with your own. Information about LMHA hockey programming can be found on our Programs page. Details on a new player info session will be sent later this month.

NEW Players who have not previously played with LMHA must complete the registration form and submit the following to the Registrar:

  • Proof of age: Registration in a hockey division is based on a player’s age as of December 31 of the current year. Player proof of age may be photocopy of birth certificate, baptismal certificate or passport.
  • Proof of residency:  Two pieces of proof of residency are required. (i.e. government-issued identification or utility bill showing the name of the parent and address where player resides.)
  • Sensitive information (other than name, age and address) may be redacted/covered.

Note that the early bird rates remain in effect for all new players, although everyone is encouraged to register as early as possible to help us out with planning the season!

We will be holding an online info session for new players later in the summer. If you have any questions in the meantime, please reach out to one of the following people:
